Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or personal products cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

4. Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges
If available, exchanges can be arranged for the same product or similar value.
